Chapter 84

Damien's POV

It's been 3 days since he died, since they all died. I lay here as I gently run my fingers over his face while he sleeps.

He just came home last night. He finally woke up yesterday morning and they kept him there throughout the day to make sure he was okay.

I couldn't wait to get back home with him. I couldn't wait so we can lay in our own bed again, so I can lay here and hold him in our bed.

I felt him die, I felt all of them die that day. That was the most terrifying thing I've ever experienced. I was so afraid he wouldn't be able to bring them back.

His wolf is gone. But I have Xavier, I have got Godric and Bear.

Even though I only met his wolf once in human form when he came forward the day he hurt me and once in his wolf form when we went to the lake... It still hurts, even after what he did, it still hurts. But I'm okay as long as I have them. As long as I have Xavier.

As I run my fingers along his face he slowly wakes up. He turns his head and looks at me as I lay
