Chapter 94

Julian's POV

I was terrified when Reid left. I didn't want him to leave. I cried and held on to him until he finally got me to let go. I watched as they close the doors to the shelter we were hiding in. I crumbled to the floor as soon as it closed and he was no longer there. There was hardly anyone here I really knew. I felt so alone. Everyone I knew and loved was going to war.

I curled up into a ball in the corner near the door and cried until I fell asleep. I was woken up by somebody gently shaking my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see Abigail. I quickly sat up looking around for Reid.

"Reid... Where's Reid?"

I said as I felt the tears build up in my eyes from not seeing him and felt my chest tightened.

"It's okay sweetie calm down."

She said as she ran her hands up and down my arms.

"Reid is fine, he's inside making sure Isabel is okay. We got her back."

She said smiling. I felt relief instantly flood me for both the fact that Reid is okay and Izzy.
