"You sure we don't have to contact Miss Hayes, boss?" Buster asked hesitately.
"Since when are my orders not certain, Buster?" Edmund put on his suit and stretched its hem.
"You just saved her life, boss," Buster sighed as he handed Edmund a black tie, "AGAIN. It would be a good chance to--"
"She didn't care about it last time, why would she care this time?" Edmund took the tie with a poker face, "Besides, she wasn't even in danger this time, the abductor got it wrong."
"Yes, but you took a huge risk for her!" Buster sighed at his boss's stubborness--
Edmund was obviously suffering from being away from Lilith, but he would rather take blood out of his own heart than go and try talk to her.
