"You seem surprised. I thought you could see through me," Janice smiled.

"I thought the other woman Theo sent was his mate, but I guess he was testing my loyalty," I said calmly, though I hate being treated like shit.

"You look upset," Janice added.

"Does it matter what we feel? It's clear you treat us like slaves," Kevin hissed.
