Bond, Mate Bond

I wake up, trying to remember what happened when I feel my neck—it’s sensitive, sore, and healed. I remember, he marked me. The memory coming back to me, he said I could be out for days. I sit up in the bed when Wyatt comes into the bedroom.

               “Hey, how are you awake already? I felt you through the bond.” He seemed shocked.

               “I don’t even know how long I’ve been out…” I say shrugging my shoulders feeling his panic.

               “Just the night, it’s noon now,” walking over to me, checking to see if I feel fine.

               “I’m okay babe, I feel fine,” I look him in the eyes, reassuring him.
