We arrived and he carries me into the packhouse, my feet thanking him from those heels I long ago had taken off. The packhouse is a big building, like a huge hotel but looks more like a home. It’s only two days away from my birthday. I have studied my ass off about the blood moon, the blessing of the Moon Goddess—my great times infinity grandmother. Last night was ended abruptly when Alpha Wyatt looked at me with those silver eyes and elongated teeth, Cobalt was looking at me with a crazed look. A walkway of lanterns lit up the path to the huge white tent. It’s one of those tents used for wedding venues. As me and Jade walk into the tent, I stopped in shock.
