Today is my mating ceremony and wedding day with Charlotte.

We have finished college, and now it is time to start a family together.

I have known Charlotte since we were kids.

We were friends before we became boyfriend and girlfriend in high school.

We were the popular kids, and we were the prom king and queen.

We fell in love with each other, and we promised that if we were not soulmates we would reject our fated mates when we found them, no matter what.

Charlotte told me that she thinks her fated mate has died because she doesn't feel the mate bond anymore. One of the days she felt an immense pain in her chest; she felt like she could die from the pain. The elders tell her that it could be that her mate bond is broken by the death of her mate.

For me, when I found out Angelina was my mate at my 18th birthday party, I was shocked to the core. I didn't expect the moon goddess to mate me with her; I didn't even know her. I was twelve years old
