CHAPTER 30: His Dream

AURORA-

“We’ve stayed underground for too long, it’s a full moon tomorrow… are you ready?” Fenrir asked me while I was looking at the stars not knowing if I would be alive the following morning or not.

“Ready? I haven’t turned yet. How do you expect me to fight the alpha?” I asked as in no world I can stand a chance against Zeus as a human. Putting an end to his life somehow overshadowed everything I’ve ever felt or learnt.

The lessons my dad taught me about being considerate, kind and humble somehow vanished with him. For past three weeks all I've done is train myself to endure that pain. Keep it inside until I meet Zeus, that would be the time where I’d go outrageous and won’t stop unless I see him collapsed on the ground, with his emotionless heart in my hand, I’d do ten times worse than what he did to Cyrus or my dad.

I’d bring my father’s body back and give him the kind of goodbye he deserved, I won’t stay put until I achieve what I've been planning for the past month.
