I knew immediately my body collided with her and that she was my chosen mate. But I pretended not to notice, I can't risk putting her in harm’s way, not with Dana around.

Uncle thought that I am ignorant of the past but I've been hiding my true feelings away from him.

To him, I have lost my memories but only I know deep down that I didn't lose my memory. Far from it, I remember the details of that night.

He came to my pack with a group of people and was present in the massacre of my pack. My mother tried to protect me. Yeah, she tried to save me but she died in doing so. It was during the training I realized that she was hit by silver bullets.

I was 12 when I witness my pack’s death, bodies lying on the ground but there was nothing I could do. I lost consciousness and regained it at the hospital.
