It was loud at the pack house in the days between Moira’s return and Patrick’s and my departure to High Valley. It was a relief to have them home inside our territory again. While Gerald has always done a great job of keeping his people safe, I know there are more threats and activity at the base of the mountain. He let me know the first full day that there was a rogue attack on Moira’s first night and that Trajan had helped, though he left out details. I’m guessing if he felt the need to let me know that meant the “help” was more than just marking a map somewhere.
