Amelia's POV

I opened the door to see Scarlett staring at me.

"What is it?" I asked her. We aren't close and our relationship hasn't grown to the extent where we would be visiting each other but all the same I am happy to see her.

"I just came to check up on you, you haven't been around lately," she said smiling. That's weird!

"Lately? You mean yesterday? We saw each other yesterday morning, almost noon time," I said to her.

"Oh! Really?" She asked.

"Yeah, of course! We saw each other at the large sitting area yesterday before Alpha Max interrupted us," I explained to her, there was a change in her countenance.
