Ava's POV

I hesitated, not wanting to reveal the details about my meeting with Isabella. "Oh, I'm just going to see Alphonso's wife."

Logan nodded, "That's good. She could really use some company. Go ahead, make her day brighter."

I smiled, appreciating Logan's understanding. He came closer, dropping his hand on my shoulder and kissing my neck gently. It was a sweet moment, and I felt grateful for the support.

Even though Logan was being sweet, I couldn't shake off the serious thoughts about what Isabella told me earlier about Logan involved in my kids kidnap, It made me hate him with every passing moment.

As Logan dropped his hand on my shoulder and kissed my neck gently, I tried to reciprocate the affection, but my mood wasn't quite there. Logan, being perceptive, noticed something was off.
