CHAPTER 63

ARTHUR

Arthur ran out of his room, out of the palace, out through the walls, and dashed straight towards Mila’s hut. This time, owing to the lateness of the hour, not many people were around. But those who saw him, stared after him in shock.

Arthur was not worried that she had left. He could still sense her. But he feared she may go. She may think that he decided to bail on her. In the afternoon, he had planned not to face her, but he knew now. Arthur was sure about what she was to him. And he was dying to tell her that.

“I am here,” Arthur shouted as he barged into the room. And there she was. A vision to cherish.

She was wearing a grass green gown, made of silk. It was tube-sleeved and hugged her body so cozily that Arthur could see every curve of her body.

Her face was alight with happiness at the sight of his arrival. And that smile, that incredible smile turned her beauty from human to divine.

“I love you,” Arthur spoke, unable to take his eyes off her.
