“ Why did you say so ” Kayden asked as he stoke her hair gently while caressing her shoulder mindlessly.

“ Because she told me ” Hazel said as a sad frown came to settle on her face and Kayden rubbed her forehead to release her ceased brows.

“ What did she tell you ” Kayden asked curious to know as his brother refused to tell him anything so he wanted to hear from his mate and Hazel then told him the things Muna had said to her in her room that night.

“Jayden wouldn't do that ” Kayden said though in the past he and his brother along with the werewolves hated the humans and killed so many of them but after the war years ago they learned to love the humans but Jayden still refused to let go of that hate.

But knowing his brother with how short tempered he was and the hate he had for humans he thought Hazel was telling him the truth but then why would Jayden accept the girl to be his mate if he only wants to torture her ?

“ And Muna wouldn't lie about that either. Today at the restauran
