Feathers sat on his throne before all Royal members in the castle, basically consist of Roy, Irma, Amelia and Celine. Barbara had been kept in the dungeon. 

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen, this meeting is purposely to inform everyone formally that I will be travelling out of the pack alongside my Luna for five days. Hopefully, we won't exceed five days," Feathers said.
