Chapter 29

Loris looked up at her mate and saw that he was waiting for her response, not just waiting but patiently waiting for her, a confused look on his handsome face, she felt guilty for putting that there. She wished she could open her mouth and let words of reassurance flow but what does she know?

“I..”

She cut him off again “Are you going to reject me?” She rushed out

“What?” He was shocked, sad that she could ask that from him, but worried as to why she thought that way. He really needs to be careful with his words now. “Why will I reject you?”

Loris had no answer, so she waited

“I just met you, my mate for so long that I’ve waited and you think I will reject you?” He was astound. The thought has never even crossed his mind once, he was not a fool to joke with the works of the Moon Goddess.
