CHAPTER 69.

*Maddy’s Pov*

After Eddie marked Allred, Leah’s shock had worn off and a dam of tears broke. She fell to her knees with horrific sobs leaving her mouth. I have never witnessed someone’s heart break like that other than my own.

When they heard Leah break down, they both realized what they had just did in front of the both of us. Al looked horrified and what had just happened while Eddie seemed ready to take him again.

Al pushed him away and went towards her, but before he could reach her, his mate pulled him back. Then my brother Alex showed up out of nowhere. He ran to her and picked her up in his arms. Placing a kiss on her forehead, he growled at both males while carrying her out of my room.

My eyes followed him and Alex’s mate Julia was standing outside my door waiting for him with a blanket and covered Leah with it. I looked back to the new mates and reached for the first thing in my line of vision. To my luck, it happened to be the knives from my knife collection.
