Alpha Axel's POV

As I begged Rachel to let Davina go, tears streaming down Her face, she stood there unmoved, her eyes cold and distant. "Please, Rachel, she doesn't deserve this," I pleaded, my voice cracking with emotion.

Rachel's lips curled into a cruel smile. "She deserves everything she gets. She crossed me, and now she will pay the price," she hissed, her voice filled with malice.

Suddenly, Rachel's mother, a mysterious figure in a flowing robe, began chanting strange spells, her hands moving in intricate patterns. Rachel's eyes widened in surprise, and she started to clutch at her neck, gasping for breath.

I watched in horror as Rachel overpowered her own mother, who fell to her knees, clutching her throat.

Seizing the opportunity, I dashed towards Davina, frantically trying to release her from the binds that held her captive. "Come on, we need to get out of here," I urged, my hands shaking as I untied her.
