Alice was stunned by his words. She looked at him and thought, 'His mate? He never recognized it before. No Alice, you can't listen to this man. What he did with you was horrible.' She shook her head and looked away from him. She had to tough. She could not lose before him, before anyone.

She took a deep breath and looked at everyone. All the Alphas were busy talking. She looked at Xavier and asked, "How long the meeting will continue?" "Maybe two hours." "Ok."

After a few minutes, Dylan gestured to everyone that they should continue the meeting. Everyone continued again.

"The next problem is Lycan territory." An Alpha said.

Alice felt tension all over the room. She felt cold beside her. Dylan never liked to talk about Lycans.

Alice remembered how Dylan lost her mother then they killed his father. Suddenly she felt upset for him.
