Determination

Sofia seductively walked to the bed, the drug was beginning to take hold of her too. She did not resist. She wanted him and so did he. The night was a blissful one. While the sun rose, Chase woke up feeling too tight. His body ached from so much yet he was yet to do anything.

He turned to his right but something was amiss. He was not alone, he took a second glance making sure it was his room. For a while he thought he had slept and walked into Emandra’s room like he did every other night but that did not seem to be the case.

The room was filled with arousal, he was naked, and the woman beside him was not clothed as well. He prayed, no he was begging, hoping it was somehow his mate. It would be the worst betrayal to have taken another woman.

‘’Good morning alpha’’ Chase jumped to his feet with no regard to his nakedness. It was the voice he hated the most. He had vowed never to touch her.

How did she end up in his room and on his bed? He could clearly remember he had gone to sleep
