Chapter Thirty-Eight- Amethyst

I lay awake as Chase has gone to do some Alpha stuff. It has been a couple of days and still no word if the connection can be severed. I keep praying to the Goddess that we find a solution soon. The twins are taking a nap and bless her heart, Mandy has been a blessing in helping with them. The Doctor wants me to take it easy due to all the stress. “Oh Goddess, yes,” I said pulling her in and to the sitting area. “I know Steven is with Chase out in the field. I am glad they get along.”

“Me too. Steven talks about the difference between the two alphas and is glad we made this choice to change packs.”
