Wake Me Up

“Wake up! Wake up!” I could feel someone tugging at me, I immediately spring up, now conscious of my environment, it was john, 

“You have a visitor Miss Catalina, you would like this, someone to keep you company,” he says, smiling awkwardly,

“What do you mean?” I say to him in a raspy voice, sitting up, “have breakfast first, you’d need it,” he says to me, pointing at the meal tray at the edge of the bed, 

“See you soon Miss Catalina,” he says as he walked out the door,
