MILA POV:Waking up I felt sick, like always. And I knew why, it wasn’t enough. Being with just Elias, wasn’t enough. But I wanted to be faithful, for us, for him. MILA POV: As I took a shower, I could feel Eli’s eyes on me. I just sighed. I knew he was worried for me; I could hear it in his voice and see it on his face. But things were going to change. He was back; I didn’t know how but he was. “If you’re not going to shower with me, please don’t just stand there staring at me,” I told Eli, and I heard him sigh. “Call me if you need me, ok?” he said, worry lacing his voice. “I will,” I responded. “I love you,” He told me again before walking out. I just hummed a response. I loved him; I truly did. But I couldn’t express it right now, and honestly, it was for the best. I couldn’t risk expressing any type of affection towards him. I didn’t want him to end up like Adam, so I will keep my distance, for now. I listened to him sigh sadly, then I heard him close the door behind him as he left. The hot water that ran through my hair and down my body felt blissful. Even though I was alone in the shower, I knew he was there, watching and waiting.
