Chapter 38: Frozen Goddess
The flame continued to spiral, melting the snow nearby and burning everything it touch. Izen step forward and tried to freeze the fire with his ice but before it could near the storm of flames, it already melted from the heat of the embers that scattered in the hot atmosphere.
Izen tried again but when his ice melted once more, a fireball was then sent towards him. The attack was fast and powerful that it broke through Izen’s shield. He got blasted from his ground with burns, and laid unconscious above the snow that he landed.
More fireballs are released from the spiraling flames but none of the fire successfully penetrated Yuvera’s shield as she stayed unamazed and displeased in her throne.
