Emma's pov 

Tonight has been incredible, we have laughed and flirted all through food, we ordered way too much and there was a lot of leftovers but Alex asked for a doggy bag and ended up with a whole bag full. He's been a true gentleman to me all evening and I don't ever remember a time where I've been treated this way even down to the small things like opening the car door for me and restaurant door, no one has ever done that for me before and it honestly felt incredible.

"do you mind a little detour?" we are walking along the sidewalk when Alex suddenly stops and I almost topple over him.
