Chapter 70

She tried to get out of the room, but Victor sealed it with magic. “Damn it.” She said shaking her head. “I really need to figure out a way to get us out of here, I don’t even know why I believed this was a good idea.” She said walking over to her bed, she sat down and let her mind wander for a little bit, she was lost.

Anabel walked over to the window and looked out, it was rainy and cold out. She wanted to go outside but knew that wasn’t going to happen. She wanted to know what Victor was doing to Carlos and if he was alright. She wanted to use her powers but she couldn’t, maybe Victor disabled them again and when he wanted her to use her powers she would.

“Go back to sleep.” Victor said coming into the room. “With all your thoughts it’s hard to concentrate on anything.” He said walking over to her. “Don’t worry Carlos is cleaning up a mess for me, he isn’t being harmed, at least not yet.” He laughed.

“I still don’t believe you, what do you need with them?” she said looking at him.
