CHAPTER 19

I ANNA'S POV.

After meeting with Dad's business associates. I turned to look but Jonathan was out of sight.

I recalled his phone ringing earlier. Maybe he went to pick up the call, I thought in my head. I walked to sit with Jess, and a woman stopped me.

"Congratulations, Anna. I have heard so much about you" She started I was wondering who she was with her manner of approach but I couldn't figure her out. She is a beautiful lady probably in her mid-twenties.

"Thank you" I answered with a smile, though I was a bit puzzled.

"Can I have a word with you in a less crowded place?" She requested.

"Okay..." I answered curiously. What does she want to tell me I Wondered.

"This way please" she led me to the end of the hall.

"Please, may I know you" I couldn't hide my curiosity.

"Oh, you don't need to know who I am. I just want to tell you how lucky you are to have captured Jonathan with your charms" She said with a smile.

"Thank you"

"But I hope, you'll be able to hold him down for long,"
