20. The Blind Love

Gina observed the change in her sister's expression. She now understood that Celine always got emotional whenever discussing marriage or partners arose.

She became very careful about her attitude and words. Poor sister, there seemed to be a series of sad stories in her love life, making it difficult for her to open her heart to another man. Ironically, Gina learned this from a heart-to-heart conversation with Kylie, Celine's colleague.

On that occasion, Kylie accompanied Celine home after work and then went out somewhere together. When Celine left her to shower, Kylie deliberately engaged Gina in a private conversation. She shared all of her sister's grievances. Kylie felt Gina needed to know the truth so that she wouldn't misunderstand and think that Celine deliberately played with her exes by breaking up with them just as the relationships were progressing to a higher level. In reality, Celine was the one whose heart was played with. She was the victim.

She also blamed her sister fo
