Celine, Zack, and Gina have arrived at a location where housing is planned to be built. Some plots of land are already marked out, while others are still in the process of being developed. Three of the plots have been transformed into 45 and 60-square-meter buildings.

They all get out of the car and survey the land while asking the foreman, who is overseeing the area. One particular plot of land catches Zack's attention. He starts gathering information about the land and promptly heads to the sales office located in one of the buildings on the site.
