Arriving back at the compound everything was eerily quiet. Everyone was at breakfast in the hall I realised, recognising my own hunger despite the fear in my mind. Though Raya was exhausted we sprinted all the way back to the dorm, almost slipping on cobbles as our destination beckoned.

I didn’t expect to find anyone waiting for me. My heart leapt as I briefly hoped it was Dex, seeing the black-shirted masculine figures at my door. Immediately the platinum hair told me it was Beta Glenn alongside a hulking bald ape of a man. Either Beta Goran or Beta Damian.
