Catharsis
"What!! You are the head of the R&D department?" Creed gazed at him skeptically.
His informal appearance and disordered clothes along with a casual stroll in the hall with bare feet weren't something one would expect from a HOD and that too of the R&D department. He also wasn't an old man either, he looked like he was in his early 40s. Creed was a little taken aback by this new personality. His appearance was way too different from what he had in mind.
"Yes! I am..." Raymond replied to him suddenly. "Is there a problem?"
"No... I mean, no problem, sir!" Creed replied hesitantly.
Raymond eyed him from top to bottom until his eyes get fixed on the map that Creed was holding.
"The map you are carrying is inaccurate. All the buildings on the campus keep shifting their positions for some technical reason you wouldn't understand. It's not very difficult for a newcomer to get lost. You've probably come inside the wrong building."

Creed followed Jessica to the floor where Raymond was. When they both come down, he saw a vast group of people busily buzzing around in the hall. The place looked so highly advanced it blew Creed's mind. He felt he was in some sort of movie set of sci-fi movie. Creed open his eyes and found himself fully submerged under impenetrable darkness. He felt as if he was floating on a planet with zero gravity. Creed went back inside the tank, aware of the fact that the real struggle was about to begin. He faced some failures in Inflation, since he wasn't completely proficient with it. Though he didn't take too long, after 2-3 tries he started getting a hang of it.Even though Creed was faster and tenacious, he was still a human, prone to mistakes. Eventually, after a certain number of failures, he was crossing inflation easily in every single attempt. Creed also noticed that with every successful attempt in Inflation, the scenery was changing in front of his eyes.

Creed was having a very difficult time with the third phase: Awareness. But now Atlas had chimed in to share some of his efforts, Creed was somewhat hopeful this time. With a companion, he started gaining his lost hope. He knew Atlas wasn't just an ordinary weapon, but very mysterious and knowledgeable. After butting head with the skill for three months, Creed has understood the skill to a considerably deeper level.During these months Creed was both frustrated and happy.His frustration rooted out of the fact that his new skill was extremely difficult and complex. But his happiness rooted from finding something which can engage him to this degree.
