He had killed the Mayhem-Sealcroc and was quite happy with his gains. Jia was still on his back, sleeping, while he was dragging himself in the shallow waters of the tunnel. Her face had a dark complexion hinting her tiredness. The encounter with Sealcroc had made her loose her entire strength. 

Creed was frustrated too because they have been walking non-stop in the abyss for around 20 hours now. There was no end to this place. He felt as if they stuck in the dark passage for a very long time. His legs were also reaching their limits.
