Chapter 61

Since neither of us knew our way around level twenty, we had to rely on the map. We tried not to waste any time grinding through the monsters, but we also needed to be able to be able to get stronger. Especially me, since I was in the same situation that Luka was in, except he doesn’t know.

We were the only players on level twenty, so at least we didn’t need to worry about other players. Since Luka’s identity has been revealed, he no longer has to try to conceal his face. Walking side by side with him, it was a little strange that he didn’t need to hide any longer.

“What is it?” Luka asked, catching me staring at him for the tenth time.

“Sorry, it is just odd seeing you being completely exposed without a hood or mask on.” I smiled shyly as I looked away.

“It isn’t like you haven’t seen it.”

“I know, but it is different. I guess it is more of a reminder that the end is drawing near.” I shrugged.

I didn’t elaborate on what ending it would be, because at this point, I didn’t know.
