BIANCA’S POV

It took me approximately an hour and thirty minutes to finish making the chocolate soufflé. As I carried it to the dining table and set it down, I couldn’t stop staring and smiling at it, happy with what I had achieved. Though it was my first time making it, it did turn out exactly as I wanted. The texture, colour and smell were everything one could wish for in a chocolate dessert. No doubt Richard will love it and thank me for it.

The tempting sight was so tough to look away from. When I remembered from the video that it’s best served hot, I had to cover it to keep it from getting cold, finally tearing my gaze away.

I hurried back to the kitchen, grabbed a cover, and rushed back to the dining to place it over the dessert. The dining area was a bit far and out of sight from the entrance door.
