Chapter Fifty Seven

Irina's point of view:

I left the room angrily and went to freshen up. When I finished freaking up, I changed my clothes and went downstairs. Lunch has already been served. I joined them in the dining room to eat my lunch. I served myself and dug in. The funniest part is that I am sitting across from Aunty Kira.

I think I should play with her for a while.

"Aunty Kira, please can you pass the fish. Dish it for me please." I smiled at her.

She glared at me as she dished it for me.

One of the maids came.

"Go and serve my husband. He is in the study room." Mrs Atono instructed the maid.

"Why isn't Father-In-law here?" I asked no one in particular.

"He doesn't eat with us. He preferably eats in his study room." Sophie explained.

"Okay, thank you." I said to her.

"Mother!" I called Mrs Atono, and she looked at me uninterestedly.

"What?" She asked.

"I want to ask you a question if you don't mind." I told her.

"We are in the dining room." Aunty Kira said.

"I am all ears." She said and I smile
