Third person's point of view:

Ruslan entered the ward where his sister is.

He looked at her with sadness and fear.

His sister laid on the bed lifelessly as several sites got attached to her.

"Irina." He whispered but she didn't answer.

"Irina." He called again and this time his whisper was a little higher.

She opened her eyes and faced him.

It was filled with tears.

He was taken aback due to that.

He was so shocked.

He knew his sister couldn't cry but how come?

"Ruslan?" She whispered.

"Irina." He called her name as he moved closer to her with tears rolling down from his eyes.

"Are you okay?" She still cares about him despite being in critical condition herself.

"I am not. How will I be when you are like this?" He asked her as he held her hand in his.

"Who did it?" He asked her.

"That doesn't matter right now. Are my children fine?" She asked him.

All she cares about is her children's wellbeing.

"They are. I heard Roman telling Loana they are okay." He answered her.

"That's a relief."
