“Your task is simple, all you have to do is pass all these obstacles without falling” Richard Bernard said calmly, he looked at me with his green eyes, smiling at me “princess, if you don’t want to do this first task you don’t have to”

His voice was soft and gentle as he spoke to me, different from the way he spoke to the other men “and miss out on the fun? I don’t think so”

I knew that he was already liking my enthusiasm and energy, the way he looked at me showed it, though I couldn’t understand the worry that was in my father’s eyes as he looked at me entering the task, I could even swear that it was him who asked Richard to stop me in the first place.
