Ezio:

“Get out” Alpha Ryker said, not bothering to look at the nurses as he sat on the edge of his sister’s bed. The nurses looked at me, shaking their heads in question as they didn’t know what to do; however, nodding at them to leave had them walking out.

“Alpha, is there anything that you need?” I asked, looking at the girl whose eyes were fixed on her brother, tears brimmed her eyes, and I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the two.

“Leave us alone, Ezio” he said. I nodded, walking out and standing by the door. My eyes caught sight of Nina and I couldn’t help but shake my head at the woman who rolled her eyes before walking away. My plan with Iris was still fresh in my mind, though how we were going to make sure it worked would risk my and Iris’s life, both if she spoke, or if she didn’t.
