CHAPTER NINETY

ADELIA

My eyes widened as I felt my body being lifted.

"I was wrong," I softly muttered before meeting Lewis' eyes. 

When I saw the intensity in Lewis' eyes, my heart that was already beating fast beat even more erratically.

"Oh no..." I whispered before my whole face, body, and neck turned red.

"I did not mean it like that..." I hurriedly told Lewis.

However, Lewis did not stop walking and merely said, "Hmmm?"

"Lewis, you got me wrong... I didn't mean it in that way!" I told him.

Sure, I really thought that the vision was so hot... and it was a pity that I was not able to finish watching it. However, I did not  intend to tell Lewis that I wanted to continue the vision in real life.

"Well, I mean... I would not mind if that really happens... After all, I am not on the losing side here..."
