Chapter 20 : Hate Him But I Need Him

I clenched my fists, very annoyed, but for some reason, this bastard made me smile involuntarily.

"Why, stupid girl? Are you smart now?" Edmund sneered, which made me want to break his head with an ax.

"You're so annoying!" Edmund smiled lopsidedly, leaning his head on the red stool, with his arms crossed over his chest as if to show the power he had.

I took a bite of the french fries in annoyance.  Weekend, this bastard wants to relax, doesn't want work, and we go out for a burger and some fast food. I'm sure Edmund had never in his life tried this or eaten at a place like this. They must keep the diet.

Edmund's in a good mood right now too, and it's time to make fun of him even though I'm still pissed. Just keep playing dumb until it's time for revenge. I pulled up my Pepsi and looked at Edmund, who was kicking my leg under the table. Annoyed, I kicked his leg under and stuck my tongue out. Edmund smiled again, his hair swaying in the flowery wind.
