With that idea in mind, Amber got out of the house, taking the keys of her car. The happiness printed on her face was unable to hide. She was pregnant with the most powerful CEO’s baby. It may be strange when they let people know she was pregnant with Damien’s baby knowing Amber and Damien were raised as siblings but in the end of the day, people could talk behind their backs as much as they wanted.

Damien had taken care of her. That was her stronger feeling.

When she arrived at the company, everyone looked at her like she was a ghost. Everyone knew she had called in sick. Damien let them know before the meeting of that morning started. They had to cover the work of that woman, something that no one agreed with. He seemed to have so many considerations with her and of course since she was like his sister.

Amber continued her way through the aisles, Miriam and all the other secretaries looked at her with hate. They couldn’t believe a woman like her could be close to him, if only
