THREE MONTHS LATER.

I walked into the house and the sweet smell of the mouthwatering dish Maria had prepared wafted into my nose. I closed the door and made my way to the dining room and there she was, the love of my life, she was arranging the table for dinner and I couldn’t wait to eat her delicious meal. A lot has happened these past three months, I was able to get a good job which payment was acceptable, and it would help provide for my child when he/she arrives. Maria has been the great partner anyone could ask for, she’s a breath of fresh air in my life and I thank Mum every day for not making me to lose such a good woman. Even though she’s pregnant she still does the laundry, cleans the house and also cooks, although on most occasions I try to stop her, but she wouldn’t budge, so I let her be.
