Ducan's p.o.v

For days I had been awake either in my study or doing some things in my other bedchamber to keep myself occupied.

A lot of things were happening all at once and my mind was trying to adjust. Beside that, I was very curious about a few things and desperately wanted to try them out.

One of the things I was so curious about was how it felt to lay next to Eleanor. Yes I wanted to sleep next to her or watch her sleep next to me for hours.

It was a simple pathetic request, but considering that I was going to let her see her human family, it was a fair trade.
