GETTING CAUGHT UP!

FARIHA POV:

"Fari, princess, wake up." I heard daddy calling me.

"I am up. Why wake me up when it's a holiday." I said, poking out of the blanket.

"I need to have a talk with you, my dear. And nothing's more refreshing than early morning," he said.

"Mansoor also says that every time," I said, but understanding what was happening my sleep was completely gone by now.

‘’No wonder you accepted his feeling so fast. Now I really don’t know what to believe now.’’ daddy said, and I could clearly feel the disbelief and annoyance in his tone very clearly.

I couldn’t find any words to answer him right now. I want to tell him everything. But it will only make things worse than this. So, I better stay silent for the rest of my life.

‘’forget all this. As long as my Fari is happy, I am willing to do anything.’’ He said, and I just kept listening to him quietly and just like that he informed me about the engagement date. How easily he succeeded in making my parents surrender.
