"Meaning?"She asked.

"Is she pregnant."Alex asked,Avery glared at him.

"I would say so."Doctor Stone answered."I'd like to do a pregnancy test.Right now if you don't mind."Avery was too stunned to say anything.Her mind is racing.She can't be pregnant.That's impossible.Especially now when she's facing jail time.Giving birth in prison is not an option.

"Of course she doesn't."Alex jumped in."You told me you were late."The accusation clear in his voice."You lied to me."

"I didn't."She denied."I thought I was late.I didn't think I was pregnant."

"Do you really expect me to believe you."He said.

"No I don't.You never believe me anyway."She flung at him.

"Because you not truthful!"He shouted angrily.

"Maybe I should give you a minute."Doctor Stone said heading for the door.

"That's not necessary."Alex said stopping him."She'll take the test.Now."

"What if I refuse."

"We both know you have no choice.One call and you're going to jail."She flashed him an angry glare before getting out of bed.D
