Thirty five: For a second time?

I glued my eyes to my laptop, stared at it ardently, yet I wasn't able to pay attention to what I was doing. I needed to do this work as soon as possible. To worsen all this, Rachel had gone on a vacation, Erin was busy doing her work, which meant there was no one to help me out. 

Frustrated, I slammed the laptop shut, ran my fingers through my hair. Why was I this distracted? Was it because of—

"You're okay?" Erin asked. 

I glimpsed at her, nodded. Goodness knew why she had been staring at me since God-knew-when. I hoped she wasn't going to talk about something unimportant. Yeah, about my feelings. 

"So, about what we spoke about. Um, are you gonna tell him how you feel?" She asked. I knew it. 

"I thought we already talked about that. I said not to say anything about it." I threw my arms up.
