“Good to see all of you, I don’t know why I have so many secretaries,”

He joked. They weren’t used to him joking, they stared at each other in awkward confusion.

“Take your seats,”

He told them and they obeyed immediately.

“I called all of you because I wanted us to have a talk now that every one of you is back; well, except Danielle because she isn’t coming back,”

He said. he still felt her absence in the office even though he told himself that he already got over her not working for him. Well, now she was going to live with him so he still won in the end.

“I want you guys to please take working for me seriously, I know I can be very hard to work with but please, take me seriously, I pay you well, don’t I?”

He asked, looking at them all. They nodded.

“At least you know that, I have a lot going on in my personal life and won’t want to add being stressed at work to the mix so please, he did a good job while we were on our trip, Ella is finally back with us, there are six of you now
