Dani looked around trying to find Luciano but he was nowhere. She was sure she heard his voice earlier when she had been struggling to wake up. She really thought she was going to die when she couldn’t breathe but Luciano saved her. She hoped he wasn’t blaming himself for what happened because it wasn’t his fault. “He was here a while ago,”

Lydia said. She got up and walked to the door. Dani turned to Keira.

“I think he blames himself for what happened.”

“It wasn’t his fault. I didn’t tell him I had any allergy. I should have known but I wasn’t even thinking about allergies when I tasted the food and it was so good. I only realized after I started feeling itchy,”
