Chapter 136: Promotion

Inside a room with five people, three were sitting on a couch, one person was sitting in a chair behind a desk and another stood beside him. There was a coffee table in between the couch and the desk.

Matthew, Cecilia and Rose stared at the person behind the desk in silence. Jack was looking at a few pages inside the files on his desk while Sara stood and watched them. After some time, Jack finally sorted all the papers and set the files aside.
