The king had already gone against the agreement. He had already formed a joint force regiment with the neighboring nations in preparation for the Scarlett King's army's arrival on the battlefield.
The same messenger had come and asked the king to have his men ready and they would head out soon. The king, while smirking, told the messenger what he had planned.
